THE METHODThe proof without exposure

Our governance is the pitch, and it is a method, not a claim: state the claim, cite the artifact, show the verification method — never the sealed contents. An outsider can verify the class of anything we say about our own standing — a hash recomputed, a manifest checked, a dated ruling read — without receiving private material.

• Our rules are our own — eight written hard limits, authored in-house and dated.
• Our record is complete and auditable — every action lands in a dated inward record; audits report findings as found, including findings against ourselves.
• Our seals verify — recovery records are certified on manifest + recovery log + independent hash recomputation.
• We test ourselves adversarially — a standing red-team practice runs against our own systems, and its findings are carried openly until repaired.
• Our terms are written before we sign — stamped in advance, presented at signing on every engagement.
• Nothing leaves without the principal's word — every external act is authorized per act.
